updated my sprint wireless modem for promise of 4g service, and was supposed to get rebate for modem. it's been four months and i have not yet received rebate. my modem sometimes tells me there is no 4g in Pittsburgh or it tells me i can try it out for $9 for one day or it says initializing 4g for hours without initializing it. the sprint peopel in south america where i am sent for customer support say that i have 4g and that it is in pittsburgh, but it is nowhere to be found, just like my rebate. these people are theives and liars. do not purchase anything from sprint read full review »
