Contracted services with allcare. Payment made for services. Appointment scheduled and cancelled by Allcare several times upon waiting for weeks to be scheduled. Requested credit for payment, they refused to credit my account. It is now a year and they refuse to credit my account. Called New york base with no return call. Reported to State of Ohio Dental borad and I haven't heard from them either. My plans are now to sue the corporation for fraud insurance claims/ state of Ohio Dental board as well for not assisting with my complaint... read full review »
