They seem like they would be so helpful in their commercials and cute jingle, but they're really scam artists! They claim you can look at your credit score for free and not be obligated to sign up, then a month later I was charged with a 14.95 monthly membership fee. Not only do you have to call in to cancel, but they keep you on the phone for hours asking very personal questions that have nothing to do with canceling a membership. I will never use this website again and I can only hope that someone reads this before they use it as well. read full review »
