Mercantila is horrible to work with. I bought a $500 exercise bike that arrived in a a package that was barely held together. Of course when I opened the box it had 3 separate parts broken. Rather than standing behind their product, Mercantila made me work with the Manufacturer. They took two weeks to send me the wrong parts. Mercantila's solution?
