I paid a $179.00 security deposit in 2005 and Allegheny Power has been holding and collecting interest on my deposit each year since then. Believe this - I have been a customer for the past five years and still am an active customer and when I opened yesterday's mail there was a letter inside that said, "We feel we should collect an additional $128.00 deposit from you.
