I have ordered from prointer ink warehouse for quite a while, but only small orders that would fit in an apartment mailbox. I had a large project to do, and make the HUGE mistake of ordering a large amount for this project. With a deadline fast approaching, my package was never delivered, due to UPS incompetence in following instructions. The bottom line is I had to go out and spend $500 buying cartridges reatil to make the deadline. Now I am out the money, and getting a run around on a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB, however I feel I should warn others that delivery on large doesn't happen with printer ink warehouse. read full review »
