I have had Direct TV for several years and only because there is no other TV service in my remote area. I have had multiple billing errors with this company. I was offered free premium channels and then was charged for them. I was told I would be credited back but must pay that bill or they would send it to collections. I then did not receive a credit for 8 weeks which is their policy. I was promised a free movie and then was told I would get in the mail a certificate in 3 months.
