Two years ago I ordered furniture with custom upholstery from EA. I was quoted 8-12 weeks. 6 MONTHS later, I still hadn't received my order. What really bothered me was the lack of follow up or concern on the part of my design consultant. I elevated the situation to the corp office. Corporate blamed the local upholsterer for the delay, even though the local seamstress didn't even have the furniture to do the work.
