We filed our taxes online with HR BLOCK. We paid to have our fee taken out of our direct deposit for our taxes. They fail to inform you that when IRS deposits the money to their account that it is another THREE DAYS before you receive your money!!! Direct Deposit means exactly what it means...immediate...not three days later. After talking to several people at HR Block, I got nowhere at all. Just I'm sorry to inconvinence you and with a run around about how ACH is direct deposit. It just takes three days to process. Bunch of crap. read full review »
