I talked to three different American Airlines ticket agents concerning my flight. I needed specific information because I was traveling international with a dog. They told me wrong and I got stopped at the airport. I could not pay for an extra bag due to an embargo on baggage. I had to send the dog ahead, I spent two nights in the airport. I complained to the AA Customer service manager. He said they had too few employees and too many flights. He said that I should have verified the info on their website.
