I paid HR LLC (via a guy by the name of Neven Skalko) a 50% deposit at the end of October to have windows installed and have been given the runaround for 3.5 months now. Initially Neven told me it would take 4-5 weeks for the windows to arrive. The order apparently got screwed up and then he gave me a date of end January this year. The week we were supposed to have it installed he called to say there was another delay and that he was working on getting me a new install date.
