Who would be interested in a class action lawsuit against Triad Financial? Is there one pendind or in the works. As a consumer you do have rights. I have read so many complaints and now is the time maybe to move forward. I was a victim as well and it is a shame that innocent people are still being taken advantage of. I have contacted all necessary agencies and now the only thing left to do, that I see is this class action lawsuit. If anyone has more information on starting or a pending action please let me know.
