There is no free trial period as they deceptively advertised. I received the product 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered it, for the trial offer of $4.95, and then 1 week later they hit my account, without authorization, for $109.00. When I called them to complain, the operator was very unprofessional with her clipped, short answers and downright refusal to return my funds. As far as I am concerned, this was theft. I at no time authorized them to take this money from my accoutn. I am reporting them to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau and filing a small claims suit. read full review »
