I ordered a TV from local Sears. I paid for it and all I had to do was pick it up. 2 hours later I received an email saying sorry we cancelled your order due to incorrect inventory. The email recommended I reorder the TV and have it shipped to my house. However, the online price was more plus I had to pay $69.99 in shipping. I sent an email to Sears customer service letting them know I was a little upset. I got two ruid emails back. I will not shop at Sears again. I fully expect them to follow some of the other stores and start closing doors. I will not be surprised after all the same policies put their sister store, KMART, where it is today. read full review »
