I previously had AT&T home service for approximately 10 years. We decided to use the DSL service and the fun began. Not only did the DSL service only work for one day, but the home line stopped. After numerous calls to try to have this resolved, I simply asked that everything be disconnected, including the home service. We returned the modem via the shipping label that was sent to us (after 2 calls since they did not send it the first time).
