I bought and paid for beds and box springs (Matching set) on Apri 11, 2010. They did not have the Box springs in stock but assured me they would be in in a week. One week led to two etc. Andrew, the manager, told me that the box springs would be in on Friday May 7 or they would upgrade the box spring to a better quality one. Friday arrived and I was told they would be in the store and available for pickup around noon on Saturday May 8. Arrived at noon, no box springs.
