I have been purchasing my monthly electricity online from IBUY for a while now. My credit card has recently expired, and subsequently replaced. As a result, my credit card details need to be updated. IBUY does not update your credit card information online, via their security software. Instead they want you to fax them proof of residence, a copy of your ID and a copy of your credit card???
