Phoned to get them to collect faulty dishwasher for repair. Manager phoned back and said he is sending truck out immediately. Took them 90 minutes to make the 5 minute drive. Explained what the problem was and asked for quote before repair work may commence. Never received one until I called back a few days later to enquire what was going on. This started a period of complete silence from them and me having to call back every few days. After two weeks went by I drove out to their shop.
