After ordering AND paying on 12 April 2010 I am STILL awaiting delivering on my GIFT purchase. I received a SMS saying that my order has been despateched and that delivery will be within 24 hours on 21 April. By 23 April I queried why it has not been delivered yet. On 30 April [Hidden Web Address] phoned me to say that they cannot get feedback from FedEx and will get back to me on Monday 3 May. This was also stated in writing on an e-mail.
