I called the 800 number for the chef basket. I was a bit leary of ordering since it was all automated. I have never ordered anything like that before. Nor will I ever again. I ordered on Dec 28th. Lets see its Feb 20th now. So I called the service number of course a weekend so automated voice said to you could check your status online. Of course there was no status for my order.
