I ordered a pair of size 11 boots for my grandson and a pack of t-shirts on January 27, 2011. The order took a week and a half to arrive and the boots were sent in a size 8. I promptly filled out the enclosed return slip and placed the items back in the original packaging as instructed on the site. UPS was unable to use the return label provided as it was incorrect type of label.
