We had a car loan from this agency. Right from the start, I received phone calls stating that my payments were behind, but I had made them on time from a credit union account. Santander said they never received them, even when I provided proof from my credit union that they had sent the payments. They repeatedly called my cell phone, references, and my employment even after telling them that I could not receive these kind of calls at work. I emailed them and sent a certified written letter.
