This company's technical support employs the use of cheap foriegn labor that operate out of a manual. I had for different techs work on my computer and it ended up being worse that when they started. The company's customer service and billing departments are a joke as the phones are answered by a recording that sends you to a message que which is always full..This company is a definite loser. read full review »
