After a year of putting up with poor service or no service at all, I found these posting and realize we are not alone. I will most certainly join in a lawsuit. They threaten me with early termination fees when they are the ones not holding up their end of my service contract. I have already paid them $600 for equipment mand installation initially and continue to pay $60 monthly for nothing.
