i asked for a payoff and got a notice which says that "this loan is in foreclosure".this is the first I heard of this.Also there are charges called fees due? additional fees and costs? and uncollected late charges.I would like to know what the fees due are and the additional fees and charges are. the total is $1200??? read full review »
