Trying to refill my cell phone account by phone and web before I run out of time. For 3 hours, they say there customer volume is too high, try later. There web site is also down. I pay $45.00 every month to refill my service, and there are problems everytime. I am so tired of the hassel, that I'm looking into other cell phone plans. read full review »
