Within a few weeks of purchasing a $1700. Stearns and Foster pillow top king size mattress from a Mattress King store. it developed about 1" indentations on each side when not under load, enough so that my wife was waking up every morning with a severe backache. We both weigh 150# or less. When we went back to the store and complained, they gave us some preprepared paperwork to fill out and submit to S & F.
