I take morphime for chronic pain. I had my prescription refilled at Wallgreens . Instead of filling it correctly which was morphine Sulfate E. R. 15 milligrams ...they filled it at 60 milligrams...this could of killed me ! I think this is ridiculous...I know people are human and make mistakes but this one could've been fatal! Wallgreens acted like it was NO BIG DEAL I'm considering legal action !!! read full review »
