I ordered tobacco for 113.- EUR in December 2010, and transferred the amount to the owners bank, Mr. J.M.Galet, Open Bank Santander Consumer S.a. in Madrid December the 14th. The company did not send the goods, and it seems to be a policy not to answer e-mail requests. Instead of answers, the companys e-mail system generates "troble tickets" stating that they will deal with the question within 48 hours. However, no answer are forwarded.
