I ordered a dresser for my mother to be delivered to a nursing home. I specifically stated to please have the gentlemen delivering the furniture to call me so that I would be there. I live 3 miles away. They delivered the furniture without specifically calling me, and on the slip it had my mother's name, not the nursing home. Which I specifically requested also. The salesman was on something, because, as I was explaining, he was just doing his own thing. He was downright ignorant. Won't be shopping at Bob's again. read full review »
