I've always enjoyed the food. The service in Secunda branch has never been good, never a smile and most of the time have to wait in the drive tru parking bays, coz 'it's going to be another 5 minutes', but lately, 1.They NEVER have a working McFlurry machine, 2.They have the new 'speak into the mic' ordering system and gets it wrong every time I order, luckily they have a screen for me to see what mistakes they make, but then has to get the supervisor to authorize the void, and that can take a year.
