HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used this company to deliver flowers to a family member who had just came home from the hospital. I placed the order over the phone and was told what kind of flowers would be sent and also that I was paying for the delivery to be that same day. The flowers arrived at the end of the next day and it was not the arrangement I payed for. I called and spoke to many people and finally a "manager", if you can call him that.
