I've been billed on my Cell C account for a subscription service listed as Opera Online.I receive a link from them every day or so, and this is billed for R14 each. I’ve never even accessed any of those links. I’ve tried numerous times to unsubscribe, but to no avail. I have no idea how I was subscribed in the first place, as I never requested this service. The total amount of money stolen from me is already over R500. I do not know who to contact to stop this service, and get our money refunded. Can someone please help me to get this matter resolved?
