Ordered a media screen in June 2008. My credit card was charged immediately however the screen did not ship within 24 hours as promised. Cancelled the order and received a cancellation number. Told I would receive a refund within 7 days. Called back in two weeks - promised a refund within 30 days. Still no refund as of 12/19/08. All their customer service is now handled via "Live Chat" - there is no way to speak to a person. Via the live chat a refund was promised at the next check run.
