I just finished talking to one of ComEd representatives… what a mistake that was. I called to complain about the unexpected high bill that I received this month; it turns out that for the past year I have been paying estimates on my electric bills. According to the representative it is a common practice to give estimates for their meter readings, even for a whole year, without any reason. Now I have to pay this huge bill. I’m hoping someone can give me some advice on how I can report this issue to someone who can do some thing about it. read full review »
