Dentrix is almost a really good dental ofc mgt software tool. Kudos on many things...BUT...what could be more basic than handling a credit card return/credit? Dentrix absolutley cannot do this. Believe me, we have tried and we have called and we have paid. So...you still have to give the customer the credit and they have the right to have the money put back onto the card which they used.
