I finanaced a 2009 Mustang with Santander Consumer USA in January 2010; circumstances arose which allowed me to pay the remaining balance in November of the same year. I received the signed title and the completed contract in the mail a few weeks later. However, the PAYMENT CENTER for Santander Consumer USA does not show that I paid for my car but the PAYOFF CENTER does.
