I purchased a Sears Kenmore refrigerator, model # 596.73509203 in May 2004. Six weeks ago the refrigerator stopped working. I called the appliance repair and they came to the house and advised I needed to replace the compressor and printed circuit board. They had the compressor but not the circuit board - it had to be ordered. Two weeks go by and they come to replace the PCB and it's the wrong one. They re-order it and another two weeks go by.
