I purchased a pair of Hunter boots that I paid £50 for, they were meant to be delivered the next day, however after a week of waiting they came with a damaged box that was torn the boots scratched and the buckle was warped. I complained and I was offered a boot spray to buff my own boots, and nothing else! I have been complaining for two months now, they wont collect the boots when I'm up as its evening, they say they will only pick them up and are in no position to refund me! so I'm left with taking court action.
