One of my parcels was left with a neighbour despite the fact I never agreed to that and the second one went missing. Both the seller and I tried contacting DHL both via phone and e-mail. DHL said there is no record of any kind of delivery (even the parcel that was delivered) and both tracking numbers were not recognised. No reply to both my complaints despite being told 'Your comments have been sent to the appropriate DHL Express department who will respond to you within 1 working day.' Do not use them because once your staff goes missing they will not help you. read full review »
