Paid £25 to have my item delivered from London. Sat in all day and also tracked delivery on internet. An 'unable to deliver note' was left in the public foyer downstairs and found by my daughter 5 mins after the driver had gone. Phoned the depot and was told driver was not answering his phone. The next day I got an email from the depot saying driver had buzzed my flat but could not get a reply. This was at 1745 and his knocking off time. The driver is clearly lying through his teeth. Now yet another day a prisoner in my own home. Terrible company with no respect for their customers. read full review »
