My manager gossiped about other employees, asked myself and other employees to monitor coworkers she did not like so she could find a reason to try to get them fired, she would purposefully make these employees jobs difficult in hopes that they would quit, and when I chose to remove myself from the situation and only focus on doing my job, I became a target.
