I ordered a phone from the Metro PCS website. I got an order number and was told they would email me when the phone had been shipped. Never got ANY email from them. Went back to website to track order. The site said they were "reviewing" my order and i would be notified when it was "approved". However, when i called to check my account balance on my debit card, they had already debited my account for the full amount. So, they took my money but have not sent the phone.
