I had a collector from this agency who handles my case, whose name is Kody Myers. I have to say that he is the rudest and the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. I know that I owe a debt and that I had to pay which I was willing and actually made a payment agreement with the agency. He wasn't very helpful and just kept repeating that they are a collection agency, blah, blah..duh I already know that. It takes them forever to process and update my account.
