Time Warner Cable has added a channel to my service without my authorization. It is an International Channel and costs and additional $14.95 per month. I spoke to a manager and they will not credit my bill. They claim that I ordered the channel. However, I NEVER ordered the channel. This channel costs $14.95 per month and I am the only person that lives at my residence and they should require my request first.
