i never authorized this company to switch my phone service from at&t, they did this without my knowledge and one week later my long distance services were disconnected and my internet.i've tried repeatedly to call this company they would send me to different departments and always hang up on me. the bill they sent me was $34.98, i have put a freeze on my phone account so this will not happen again read full review »
