I have a 1 year old Kenmore Elite side by side refrigerator, simply put it is the worst appliance I have ever owned. It constantly freezes over, it shuts itself off with an error code of e r flashing and 3 times a day like clockwork it makes a 75 decibel vibrating noise for 1 hour at a time. In talking with the Sears service techs I get the feeling that it was only $2200 so a year is all I should expect. Sears if you read this I will never even purchase socks from your store. I will persuade anyone I can to feel the same. Your product is inferior and your customer service is pathetic. read full review »
