Had given several clothes for drycleaning in the last week of Dec 2010. Guardini has not returned one saree for the past 7 weeks with no update on whether its with them or lost. The shop in DLF Galleria promptly passes the buck to the Manager Mr Mehra at their workshop in Guardini. He passes the buck to the shop stating some sarees are there without tags and need to be checked. On reaching the shop, you are told that there are no such sarees without tags and Mr Mehra has not spoken to them on this missing saree at all.
