I too have been swindled by this sorry company into a magazine subscription that I never signed up for. They contacted me via my phone and had all my credit card information. They stated that I had signed up for their service and that I needed to update my account so that it wouldn't damage my credit. I cried on the phone to them explaining that I was in serious financial strain and that I was loosing my apartment.
