I am a international student graduating in next 2 month. Last year the worst time ever in my life, I was arrest in Walmart with class B misdemeanor and set in jail for 18hrs and bail out with $500. I never commit any crime before, I came from rich family in India. This is my first and last offense. My lawyer try to take down the charge to Class C, but the prosecuter not agree, rather she gave option jail time or 9 mnths probation. Now I apply for the Pre-Trial Diversion.
